1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Riddled, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use

3Blue Media grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Riddled for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Riddled.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use Riddled for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the game.

3. User Accounts

You may play Riddled as a guest or sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. 3Blue Media is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Gems (Virtual Currency)

Riddled uses a virtual currency called Gems. Gems are earned by solving riddles, completing sponsored offers, and participating in daily challenges.

• Gems earned through normal gameplay are non-refundable.
• 3Blue Media reserves the right to adjust gem values, costs, or availability at any time.
• Gem balances may be reset or forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

5. Gift Card Redemptions

Eligible users may redeem gems for gift cards through our Rewards screen. By redeeming, you agree to the following:

• You must be signed in with a valid email address to receive your gift card.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to redeem, or have verifiable parental consent.
• Gift cards are fulfilled by our third-party partner Tremendous and are subject to their terms.
• Redemptions are final and non-refundable once processed.
• 3Blue Media is not responsible for delays or failures caused by Tremendous or email delivery issues.
• Private relay email addresses (e.g., Apple's Hide My Email) may not receive gift cards — use your real email address.
• Fraudulent redemption attempts (including exploiting bugs to inflate gem balances) will result in account termination.

6. Offerwall (Sponsored Offers)

Riddled includes an optional offerwall powered by Voluumn/Lattor where you can earn additional gems by completing sponsored tasks. Participation is entirely voluntary.

• Offers are provided by third-party advertisers. 3Blue Media does not control the content of external offers.
• Gem rewards are credited after offer completion is verified by our postback system. This may take a few minutes.
• Attempting to manipulate offer completion (e.g., using VPNs to fake completions) is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Submit false information to claim rewards you have not legitimately earned.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Riddled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in Riddled — including riddles, artwork, graphics, sounds, and software — is owned by 3Blue Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Riddled is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 3Blue Media does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that gem balances or redemptions will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Blue Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Riddled, including loss of gems or failure to receive a gift card.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Riddled at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use Riddled ceases immediately, and any unredeemed gems will be forfeited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of Riddled after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
