How do I earn gems?

You earn gems by solving riddles. Harder riddles reward more gems. Solve without using hints to earn a bonus. Complete the daily challenge for extra gems too.

How do I redeem gems for gift cards?

Tap the Rewards tab at the bottom of the app. Once you have enough gems, select a gift card and follow the prompts. The gift card will be delivered to your email.

I redeemed a gift card but haven't received it.

Gift cards are delivered by email — check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven't received it after 30 minutes, contact us with your registered email and we'll look into it.

My gems are missing or the balance is wrong.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us with your account email and a description of what happened.

How do hints work?

You can spend gems on three types of hints: Eliminate wrong letters, Reveal a specific letter, or Get a direct clue. Hint costs vary by level — use them wisely!

What is the Earn Gems (Offerwall) section?

The Earn Gems section lets you complete sponsored offers — like trying apps or signing up for services — to earn bonus gems. These are optional and provided by third-party partners.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email us at support@3bluemedia.com with your registered email and request account deletion. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.

I signed in with Apple and used a private relay email. Can I still receive gift cards?

Unfortunately, gift card delivery requires a real email address. Please contact us and we can update your delivery email manually.
